My Spectrum Mobile app

As lead product designer for the My Spectrum app, my responsibilities were to design an accessible mobile app experience for both iOS and Android user to easily manage their accounts, view and pay their bills, and have direct access to customer support.

Throughout this project I had the opportunity to collaborate with fellow front end and backend developers, our QA teams, project managers, content designers, accessibility designers, and so on to build a product that would make our customers lives easier when it comes to enjoying the Spectrum products.

The design aesthetic was crafted to align with the company’s brand while also delivering a clean and straightforward experience specifically tailored for customer account features such as bill pay, support, access to account information, etc.

 

I was responsible for creating custom product illustrations and iconography featured throughout the app
