180 Rents Branding Project
A project management company approached me to create a logo and packaging design that would capture the professionalism and reliability of their property management brand.
The brand highlights their difference from typical landlords, emphasizing respect and balanced relationships. Clean lines, modern typography, and a refined color palette convey stability and care, carried through into cohesive packaging.
The request was simple, design a logo that represents and emphasizes the companies values of trust and loyalty. There was specific request to use the “180” arrow somewhere in the logo to represent the difference in their property management approach. They also were interested in bringing natural elements of some kind into the brand.

The Goal
The Result
A logo and updated brand that described 108 Rents. The logo included the 180 arrow, a modern and clean typeface with a welcoming and friendly color palatte.
To add a natural element I illustrated a woodsy pattern that locks in the logo. This pattern is also scaleable across other assets such as the business card and social media assets.
Finishing Touches
In addition to the logo, the client requested business collateral and social media assets. I designed the brand with scalability in mind, ensuring it works seamlessly across print and digital applications.
To support long-term consistency, I also delivered a comprehensive brand guideline, providing clear direction for future use.
